Moist Diane shampoo & Reveur Conditioner
Silicon free hair products had suddenly a hit in HK (with a reasonable price! Thanks! finally I don't need to throw in a lot to get a silicon free!)
These two brands were out with tones of ads (and free samples on their fb, but unfortunately I couldn't grab a hold of them :( shame)
I couldn't make up my mind on which one should i get so I get one from each lol
After washing my hair with the Moist Diane shampoo, my head feels much lighter, which I like very much. But the Reveur Conditioner does not wow me much, and for the ~$100 price tag.... I am not impress with the outcome.
So I will give Moist Diane shampoo a go & Reveur Conditioner a maybe next time.
HABA White Lady Brightening Serum 777 special version
I was looking for a brighten serum since I graduated from Olay White Radiance Pristine White Essence (It was a good one but Olay seems changed its formula and it broke me out like no tomorrow! Goodbye Olay! You won't be missed). So I turn my fire to HABA.
I must confess this HABA serum is not cheap (at least not as cheap as the Olay one), but I found it works well on me. My skin looks brighter, the veins on my cheeks had gone down(?) and become much invisible, and my pores look smaller, which is always a bonus :)
Repurchase? Well, I have almost finished my third bottle :P

Can anyone tell me why I am finishing a couple of sunscreens in the winter months?
The Biore sunscreen is my HG when going to watersports because it never wash away in water! Although this also means it is a hell when trying to remove it on skin - an oil based makeup remover will be needed to do the task. For it water-resistance ability, Biore sunscreen will be still on my repurchase list for the summer.
Sunplay spf 25 sunscreen - this was a gift from my friend and I am so glad I didn't actual pay money for this cr*p. It make me felt like wrapping my skin with a clinfilm and it just felt gross.
Givenchy Matmate Fluid Foundation
This is a low coverage foundation and I shouldn't expect this would give a prefect coverage. It gave a matte finish but it does not help hiding pores. Who would need a foundation on a good skin day? Come on Givenchy!
Adding to that, it could not survive the humid weather in HK and it had all melted away within 3-4 hours, set with powder!
GIVENCHY'S FOUNDATION DOES NOT KEEP UP TO ITS PRICE TAG!!!!
Lesson to self: For Givenchy, stick to its powders and stay away from foundations.
Borghese Green Clay Cleansing Mask*
I have been keen on trying Borghese's famous green clay mask but their large bottle had turn me off because I don't want to throw in large amount of cash for something that is known irrigate sensitive skins (note: My skins are quite problemtic)
Luckily I got my hands on this sample so I could try this out.
I had mixed feeling when trying this out. The mask is supposed to leave on your face for 5-10 minutes but I felt it dried out my face badly. I could not stand for that so I had to wash it off after 3 minutes. But even I washed it away much earlier than expected, it still made my dirts poped out from my pores so I can clean them away easily. Does that mean this mask is working well? Yes indeed, but the green tea mask from Innisfree works exactly well, does not dry my skin so much and it only costs me $10 each time!
Sorry Borghese, your cleansing mask is a no for me, just for my purse's sake.

Curel sebum care facewash foams
I must confess sometime I am very lazy to wash my face, especially during the morning when I am rushing to work. I don't have any time to whip up my cleanser to wash my face. That's why I think facewash foams are godsends! A pump gives enough products to wash my entire face with no time!

Curel facewash foams is designed for dry/combination skins. It cleans my skins without stripping away too much oil. that means it wont dry out my skin. Yay!
Will I repurchase? Maybe, just because I get bored with facewash very easily and I tend to change my facewash brands very often lol
HABA squalane
TBH I never tried face oil before. This baby just works like magic - it keeps moisture, it absorbs quickly, it leaves a lovely glow on my skin. Love it!
Already on my second bottle <3
Elisabeth Arden 8hour lips
Yes, that's from the family of the good old famous 8 hour cream. I found this from sxsx for A mighty $60 (and good old Boots is charging this for 20 quids! ❳
One down side it the 8 hour lip gave a funny taste on my lips.
So this one is a no because of the taste, and fortunately I am not paying the UK price for it lol
Monaco Argan oil*
This hair oil came into the market and got a super duper wave, and i can truly understand why. My hair felt soft after using it, and its light texture absorbs very quickly, which does not give an oily finish (which is always a con for hair oils)
Talking about the full size product, a $200-sh price tag for an hair oil is a bit too much for me. So I will give this Monaco Argan Oil a miss just because of this. I am happy to use this again if i can find a cheaper source: )
